We get the most fantastic sunsets from Powell River looking over the Georgia Strait to Vancouver Island. This is the Texada ferry doing its daily chug and gliding through the orange brilliance that the sunset shares.

This was taken just outside Lund BC. It was a gorgeous night on the water, kayaking, sea lions in the background, eagles sitting on the snags. There is nothing finer than paddling through the water with the sunset reflecting a gold amber glow and watching it drop behind the mountains.
