Coralie Charland

Coralie is a graduate from the University of Ottawa with a BSc in environmental science and an MSc in hydrogeology. She moved to the West Coast in 2011 to explore, grow food, learn to kayak, and create her dream community. Her work experience includes research and writing, outreach, event and volunteer coordination, and customer service. Joining GSA in 2018 as a fundraising assistant, she is driven by the desire to support a beautiful and healthy future for the Salish Sea and its communities. She now lives in Victoria, on the traditional, unceded territories of the Esquimalt, Songhees, and WSÁNEĆ peoples, and loves old growth forests and beaches, books and yoga.
